For my CAPE Unit 2, Paper 2 each student was required to write and perform their own script that focused on a social issue that is prominent in their Caribbean community. A director, actor, writer from Jamaica could assist in the making of the student's one woman show. So, I decided to focus on the social issue of sexual assault and how it causes post-traumatic disorder (PTSD), but from the perspective of both genders. Additionally, the renowned Sundra Oakley is the practitioner who gave me invaluable guidance on this journey.
